BASAK Service Manuals, Fault Codes and Wiring Diagrams

History

For several years now, Turkish manufacturers have been striving to enter the European markets, but so far they have not succeeded in overtaking the "Chinese", despite participating in international exhibitions.

As it became known, the Turkish brand Basak (the same group of companies makes Sanko loaders) will make another attempt, which will present its products at the SIMA exhibition in Paris.

In 1962, the company began importing Ford tractors, and 6 years later it switched from import to licensed production, reaching 65% localization. In 1979, the production of Austrian Steyr tractors began under a similar agreement. And in 1996, the first tractors were launched under the Basak brand.

The main markets for Basak tractors are Africa and Asia, but a completely new model, the Basak 5120, will be introduced in Paris, designed in accordance with European standards.

In total, the Basak range of tractors has about 20 models with power from 48 to 120 hp.

Basak is the flagship of the line. The tractor is equipped as standard with a 120 hp Tier 4f Deutz TCD 3.6 engine. and a 4-speed gearbox (32X32) with shifting under load. Tractor rear linkage capacity is 5500 kg. As standard, 3 hydraulic valves. Rear PTO - at 540, 540E and 1000 rpm.
