History
The pledge of user confidence in Kioti equipment is based on its long service life, minimal risk of manufacturing defects, ease and convenience of work. DAEDONG (a manufacturer of equipment under the KIOTI brand) pays special attention to these factors in the production of tractors.
Since 1969, Kioti tractors have been using technologies from the world's leading manufacturers of construction and agricultural equipment - Ford, New Holland and Kubota. When implemented, each new technological or design solution undergoes a mandatory life test for 5,000 hours. The entire cycle of tractor production is carried out under the company's own full control, with the exception of the components of the hydraulic system - Kioti are equipped with hydraulic components produced by world leaders in their field: valves and pumps are made in Italy, Kanzaki hydrostatic transmissions are made in Japan.
The Kioti production cycle is highly automated - 30,000 tractors per year are produced by a staff of only 300 employees with a rationed workload (one shift per working day). If weaknesses in the design are identified, appropriate changes are made and the production cycle is rebuilt within 3 working days.
Korean mini tractors Kioti with a cabin as standard have a reduced noise level by 15–20% compared to the closest competitors producing other imported tractors, due to the use of innovative insulating and sealing materials. Sophisticated ergonomics and an intuitive control system allows you to learn how to work on a tractor after 10 minutes of training. Maintenance of tractor units is simplified to the limit - all components are easily accessible, all checks and regular maintenance can be completed in no more than 20 minutes. Modern engines, created as a result of cooperation with the Kubota concern, meet the most stringent requirements for permissible noise levels and exhaust emissions.
